The Thoron L Chamber allows you to measure both thoron and radon concentrations, and will integrate seamlessly with your existing electret ion chamber inventory. This chamber has a volume of approximately 60 mL, and is intended for longer deployments (or for areas with expected high concentrations) when paired with an electret.
Because this chamber measures both thoron and radon, it should be paired with a standard chamber if you wish to calculate the individual concentrations of both radon and thoron.
The Radon-Thoron L Chamber is compact and lightweight, and its smaller volume (when compared to the S Chamber) is designed for longer deployments, or for areas with a known high radon concentration.
Please note that this is a specialized chamber that is intended to measure both thoron and radon concentrations in a given environment. It should be paired with a standard chamber if you wish to differentiate the thoron and radon concentrations from each other.
